What is wrong right now. Checks run every 15 minutes in the background; anything that stops being true closes itself, so this list is never a backlog of things already dealt with.

Where alerts go
Nothing below a channel's severity floor is sent to it — a webhook costs nothing and can carry everything; SMS is billed per message, so keep it on critical. Secrets are never stored here: save the key as a Worker secret and reference it by name.
